 Directions to dances

To Hillcrest Hall
1665 Rock Hollow Rd
Birdsboro, PA 19508
For GPS,  you'll find the front door at: 40.275196, -75.846761

Please use maps or GPS to plan your route. Hillcrest Hall is just off PA 724 between Birdsboro and Gibraltar, Pa. The area is served by many main roads. The guidelines below use main numbered routes because they are easiest to follow, and in most cases will also prove shortest and fastest as well.

Once you are on PA 724 between Birdsboro and Gibraltar, look for an intersection with a large sign between the road and the railroad.
      It will say:
 "Phillips Brothers",
"Hillcrest Hall", "BINGO", "Dyer Quarry Inc."

The turn is about 2.8 miles from Birdsboro (PA 345 & 724 West) and about 1.6 miles from Gibraltar (PA 568 & 724 East)
Turn toward the sign (westbound, turn LEFT; eastbound, RIGHT).

Cross the railroad and turn LEFT immediately. The hall is the first building on the left, with plenty of parking.

Turn toward this sign, then turn left.

General Route Guidance

From the North or Northwest: Aim for Rte 422 between Reading and Pottstown. Follow 422 to PA 345 South and then into Birdsboro. Turn West on PA 724. Other routes and bridges may be shorter for some.

From the West: Use either 422 East or PA 724 East.
            * IF using 422, follow to PA 345, turn to go South and follow into Birdsboro. Turn West on PA 724 at a traffic light, then turn LEFT at BINGO sign in ~2.8 miles.
            * IF using 724, follow through Gibraltar and turn RIGHT at BINGO sign in 1.6 miles.

From the East: Either 422 West or 724 West is best. 422 is faster but longer; 724 is prettier and slower.
            * IF using 422, follow to end of Pottstown Expwy, continue 4.8 miles to PA 345 South. Turn Left and follow into Birdsboro, then turn Right on 724 West at traffic light. Turn LEFT at BINGO sign in 2.8 miles.
            * IF using 724, follow into Birdsboro (R+L jog required at lights), then turn LEFT at BINGO sign in 2.8 miles.

From St. Mary's Church and Elverson area: Either Interstate 176 North (One-Seven-Six) from Morgantown (NOT the turnpike!) or use PA 345 North, which crosses PA 23
just west of the church.

            * IF using I-176 North, use exit 10 for PA 724 East and turn right at bottom of ramp. Follow 724 East and turn RIGHT at BINGO sign in ~3.4 miles.
            * IF using 345 North, proceed 8.8 miles to PA 724 West. Follow 724 West thru Birdsboro (R+L jog required at lights) and turn LEFT at BINGO sign in 2.8 miles.  [NOTE: Rte 345 is enjoyable and well-signed, but rural and with many curves and hills. Use caution on this road.]

From the Southwest: aim for Morgantown by either the Pa Turnpike or your best route, then use I-176 as noted above.

From points south or southeast:
Use PA 100 North to 422 West, then follow "From the East," above
